What length of stay is considered a monthly rental?
A monthly rental is any stay 30 days or more.
Do you offer any discounts for monthly stays?
Yes, you'll save a few different ways when you book a monthly vacation rental with us. Stays of 30 days or more are not subject to lodging taxes. We also offer a 20% discount on these long-term stays. Contact us today to book your monthly vacation rental and take advantage of these savings.
What is your cancellation policy for monthly rentals?
For monthly rentals, we require notice of cancellation 60 or more days prior to your reservation start date to receive a 100% refund. If you cancel 30 days or more before your reservation start date, you'll receive 50% back, and if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your reservation start date, there is no refund. If you have any questions about this monthly rental cancellation policy, please contact us.
Do you have any pet friendly monthly rentals?
Yes, we have several pet-friendly homes available for monthly rentals. If a home is pet-friendly, it is noted in the listing details.
Are all monthly rentals furnished?
Yes, all of our vacation rentals are fully furnished. This means any home you rent for a month is fully furnished.
How far in advance do I need to book a month long stay?
That's up to you! We don't have any minimum requirements on when you can book a month long stay. If a home is available, you can book it whenever you'd like. If you are planning for a long term stay, the further in advance you book, the greater the chances are that we will have availability. This is especially important during the summer months as it is our peak season.
