It's Farmer's Market Season Here in Central Oregon!

It's Our Favorite Time of Year!

Discover Central Oregon's Best Summer Farmers Markets

When summer rolls around in Central Oregon, the region comes alive with sunshine, community events, and plenty of fresh, local flavor. One of our favorite ways to connect with the community and enjoy the bounty of the region is by visiting the many vibrant farmers markets scattered across the area. Whether you’re staying in Bend, Sisters, Sunriver, or Redmond, there’s a local market full of regional produce, handmade goods, and small-town charm waiting to welcome you.

Here’s your guide to Central Oregon’s must-visit summer farmers markets:

Bend Farmers Market

Location: Brooks Alley behind the Tower Theatre, Downtown Bend

Day/Time: Wednesdays, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (May 7th – mid-October)

Located in the heart of downtown, the Bend Farmers Market is a great midweek stop for everything from locally grown produce and flowers to meats, baked goods, and specialty items. Grab a coffee from a nearby café and wander through the stalls—this market is as scenic as it is flavorful. Our go-to market for anything that we are currently not producing ourselves and/or we just have a hankering for. We love Bend Breakfast Burrito, Farmhouse Pies, Fibonacci Farms, Marquam Hill Berries, Broadus Bees and so many more. Go hungry, you'll thank us!

NorthWest Crossing Farmers Market (Bend)

Location: NW Crossing Drive in the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood

Day/Time: Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (June – September)

This bustling weekend market is known for its artisan vibe. In addition to farm-fresh produce, expect local art, live music, and prepared food from some of the region’s favorite vendors. It’s perfect for a leisurely Saturday morning outing with the whole family. You'll almost always find us picking up some sort of goody at every market, our favorites here are Bonta Gelato, Deschutes Gourmet Mushrooms, DD Ranch and Tumalo Lavender.

Sisters Farmers Market

Location: Fir Street Park, Sisters

Day/Time: Sundays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (June – October)

With its small-town charm and relaxed atmosphere, the Sisters Farmers Market offers fresh produce, handmade crafts, and live music in a beautiful mountain setting. It’s a great place to grab a snack and stroll, or even pick up a locally made souvenir. We love to spend Sunday mornings hitting the trail early and then coming back through Sisters to grab a bite to eat and some snacks from the market. Don't miss Ahja at Dry Canyon Salt Company!

Redmond Farmers Market

Location: Centennial Park, Redmond

Day/Time: Fridays, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (June – mid-September)

The Redmond Farmers Market is a local favorite for its community vibe and broad selection of fresh foods and handmade goods. Bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the live music while shopping from farmers, ranchers, and artisans.

From mountain-grown berries and artisan cheeses to local honey and fresh-cut flowers, Central Oregon’s farmers markets are more than just a place to shop—they’re a summertime experience you won’t want to miss. Be sure to bring your reusable bags, sun hat, and appetite!

Worthy Brewing Sunday Farmers Market (Bend)

Location: Worthy Brewing, Bend
Day/Time:
Sundays, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Summer months)

Located at one of Bend’s favorite breweries, this farmers market combines local vendors with the laid-back atmosphere of a brewery patio. Sip on a craft beer while shopping for fresh produce, handmade goods, and more.
